Register with full payment latest by 12 Sept 2019.

• at the church office during office hours or

• mail cheque to: Sungai Way-Subang Methodist Church Lot 1044, Jalan Cempaka, Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, or

• bank in to OCBC A/C # 7072019139 and email the bank-in slip to renee.cll@gmail.com.

• Camp fund is not refundable but transferable.
